Aerobic is a type of intense and continuous exercise, which follows the rhythm of music. Essentially, in aerobic, we use intense music to do various dance-like exercises following the rhythm.
All exercises are done in sync with other participants and usually led by one of our teachers who instructs the ‘moves’, so it is easy to “follow”. It has all the advantages of intense exercise and is a very good (and often enjoyable) form of exercise.
Finally, often we use various auxiliary equipment such as dumbbells, rubber, etc.
